Monica Closner–Kozlowski is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15 years experience in Pediatric Care. She has provided care to patients in inpatient, and outpatient settings. This has included a Texas Children’s hospital, and local Albuquerque urgent care and primary care settings. My love for nursing and medicine developed into a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009 when I graduated with my Masters in Nursing. I am a wife and working mother of two and understand the complexity of raising a family in this fast paced world. I was determined to find a way to provide health care to families that would be affordable and convenient and thus ABQhealthcare2you was born.

I focus on providing evidence based, family focused, supportive care to pediatric patients ages newborn to 18 years by offering sick visit care as well as well child checks.

I work collaboratively with parents and guardians to provide the best care for their child/children in the comfort of your home setting. In doing so I present a unique way of individualizing patient care based upon each person’s unique situation.

In taking a holistic approach to healthcare I also provide healthcare services to immediate family members of the Pediatric patients I am seeing in the context of acute minor sick illnesses.
